  • Formulate recommendations for & implement approved strategic objectives & plans to achieve Company targets.
  • Analyze and evaluate market information and overall business situation, explore business opportunities to accommodate Company business development strategy.
  • Assist with the development of new and /or existing International brands to achieve/improve overall Company profitability.
  • Help to source, evaluate and secure new retail venues for business expansion.
  • Help to source, evaluate and follow up the shop design and contractors for all projects.
  • Formulate business plans/presentation as required.
  • Assist in reviewing operational procedures & guidelines, managing and maintaining cordial communication and relationships with existing / new business partners and landlords etc.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as required.
job requirement
  • Degree holder in Business / Commerce, Finance / Accounting or related discipline, preferably with a MBA degree
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in business development, preferably with retail luxury industry background
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving sustainable business growth in B2B or B2C industries
  • Experience in business forecasting, development, budgeting and expense control
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Extensive networking / knowledge for international market will be an advantage
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Commercial Manager
