Human Resources Assistant WS-HRA Nov 21, 2021

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
  • Handle end-to-end talent acquisition process and employee life cycle administration.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll and commission calculation, MPF & ORSO administration, tax filing, employee benefits matters, maintain and update personnel records in HRIS system.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects, such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, etc.
  • Prepare various HR reports for audit and management review.
  • Provide support to general office administration.
  • Act as a back-up of Receptionist.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in fashion/textiles or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years experience in luxury fashion retail buying for ready-to-wear and accessories
  • Knowledge in buying processes and ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • More experience will be considered as Buyer
