OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

• Perform administrative duties and handling of all operational matters for the fashion retail business
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
• Prepare internal/external correspondences, reports, meeting materials & notes
• Undertake ad hoc research on business projects and market information as required
• Assist in operations of pop up stores and bazaar
• Assist in preparing operational budget, monitoring expenses vs. budget
• Assist in reviewing and communication of operational policies and procedures of stores
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:              

• Degree holder in business administration or related disciplines
• Min. 3 years' experience in operations or office administration. Experience in fashion retail would be an advantage
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including pivot table), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Independent with strong analytical skills, business acumen & detail-oriented
• Effective planning and organizing skills with ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Presentable, good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people from different levels and with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
