Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager for all aspects of Marketing & PR activities - from development to implementation
  • Assist in the development of the brands and SWANK group, event management, public, media and influencer relationship, social media content creation, advertising and promotions, CRM for relevant Brands
  • Develop and monitor marketing content of various channels including but not limited to social media, eDM, mobile, website and other interactive channels and platforms according to the marketing plan
  • Assist CRM program by generate regular reporting to management, enhance customer acquisition and retention
  • Coordinate with creative agency, professional photographer, stylists, model, etc. for various projects
  • Prepare various PR materials, including press releases, fact sheets, invitation letters, etc.
  • Manage and drive effective PR initiatives to maximize PR exposure and brand coverage
  • Liaises with both internal and external parties including but not limited to media, agencies, principals and vendors to ensure the smooth implementation of PR and sales promotion activities events

Job Requirements:              

  • University degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Language or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications, specialized in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ CRM or PR with luxury fashion experience is an advantage
  • Good understanding and experience of retail and brand marketing, skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Proficiency in PC & MAC applications
  • Passion for fashion, creative, organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English
  • Immediate available is an advantage
