ASSISTANT BUYER - MEN's AND LADIES'

• Analyze brands performance, consumer buying behaviour and forecast sales levels and prepare sales performance report
• Assist OTB planning, budget allocation, brands and merchandise selection
• Attend trade fairs, shows and visit showrooms for predicting future trends
• Support merchandising team in the day-to-day administration and ensures the efficient support to the buying functions
• Assist in contract terms negotiation and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the merchandise, handle claims and stock transfer
• Conduct fashion trend seminar and prepare product knowledge and training to frontline staff
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:              

• Degree or above in fashion/textiles or related disciplines
• At least 2 years experience in luxury fashion retail buying for ready-to-wear and accessories
• Knowledge in buying processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
