Retail Operations Manager WS-ROM Nov 29, 2021

Job Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and coach shop managers and frontline staff and to manage retail operations 
  • To maximize store sales and profits, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
  • Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors and all aspects of market, and assist in preparation of analysis report regularly for management review
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop effective marketing campaign & CRM program and implement marketing activities, to gain customer loyalty
  • Monitor closely on setting and achieving sales target and operation cost control for all stores and to achieve overall KPIs and business targets
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales targets, including management and monitoring of inventory level, and control store operation costs
  • Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the retail shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and to deliver quality customer service
  • Counseling, coaching and training and of store sales staff and handle HR matters for the store staff
  • Maintain and develop cordial relationship with all external business-related parties and internal departments
  • Undertake tasks or projects as assigned by your superior or the Company as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Fashion/Clothing/Merchandise/Retail Operations or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of shop managerial experience preferably in luxury fashion retail operations
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stores with significant sales achievement, preferably from luxury fashion apparel, leather goods, watch or accessories
  • Good knowledge in FMCG, purchasing and operations management
  • Excellent network and business relationship with various partners, e.g. Brand Principals, suppliers, headquarters
  • Familiar with luxury fashion market and excellent knowledge in retail operations
  • Familiar with apparel mix-and-match techniques
  • Excellent managerial, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and responsible, with analytical mind and business sense
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
  • Willing to travel and based in store
  • Immediate available is preferred
